Therapist

Win from Within respects all clients regardless of age,gender, race, national origin, sexual orientation, religion, socio-economic status, body type, political affiliation, state of health, or personal habits.

Phone calls and e-mails will be returned within 24-hours.

If Win from Within needs to cancel an appointment, more than 24-hours notice will be given if at all possible. If an emergency arises and 24-hour notice cannot be given, a 25% discount will be applied to the clients next appointment.


 
Clients are professionally draped with a sheet or towel at all times during the massage session. During ART® treatments, clients will be dressed in loose fitting/athletic clothing. During Yoga sessions, clients will be dressed in clothing that allows them to easily move between postures. Genitals and female breasts are never exposed or massaged.

Win from Within maintains a clean, soothing environment. All materials used by the client and therapist will be properly sanitized.

Win from Within keeps accurate records and maintains privacy and confidentiality at all times. Personal information such as email address and phone numbers will not be given out.

Clients


If a cancellation is necessary, please provide at least 24-hours notice to avoid being charged for the appointment. All cancellations must be made by phone.


Please arrive to your appointment on time. Appointments are often scheduled back to back, therefore if you are late you may not be allotted extra time. You will be responsible for paying for the full amount of time that was reserved for you. Please keep Austin traffic in mind when making your way to Win from Within.
 

Payment should be made by cash or check at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. There will be a $25 returned check fee.


Please do not use heavily scented perfumes, lotions, oils, or other products on the day of treatment out of respect for clients who may be chemically sensitive.

 

If at any time the client or therapist no longer feels that the session is therapeutic in nature, the session may be terminated. Win from Within offers only professional, therapeutic treatments.
